We are Hiring for the Position of Assistant Business Manager – Central Region Lahore
Responsibilities include:
- Manage & improve Dealer Service Market Share & Customer Retention at assigned Dealerships by daily monitoring, discussion with dealerships, implementation of different value chain products & CRT management activities
- Manage & improve Dealership In House Parts business sales at assigned Dealers through daily monitoring, audits & discussion with Dealerships, order intake & payment recoveries.
- Implementation & sustainment of Toyota Service and Parts standards (TDSP) & take measures in order to improve dealership’s operational efficiencies & Customer Satisfaction
- Develop Dealership manpower through training and OJT & improve Employee Satisfaction by initiating ES oriented actions, policies & activities.
