Emaar Pakistan | Customer Service Executive (Islamabad)

Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s in business administration from well reputed university
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience in Customer Services

Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers with minimum waiting time
• Ensure all assigned inquiries from customers are acknowledged and acted upon as per the approved timelines and escalation matrix.
• Return customer calls (received from Call Center via Service Requests with turn-around time of 8 hours)
• Reply to customer emails, letters and faxes within 48 hours
• Be courteous, polite, helpful and professional in customer approach
• Maintain accurate customer history in system via ‘Interactions’ and ‘Service Requests’ in accordance with Customer Care SLAs
• Handle complaints, customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines (as per SLA and use of Priorities)
• Execute primary and secondary market transfers as per policy and guidelines

Emaar Pakistan | Procurement Executive (Karachi)

Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s in engineering or business administration from well reputed university
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Processing of Pre-qualification of the Vendors and identification of new sources for different categories of material and services
• Maintenance of the Pre-Approved List of Vendors and Vendor management in ERP
• Preparing and issue Vendor Assessment Form, RFQ, Purchase Order, SLAs, logs and reports
• Evaluation of quotations commercially, gathering samples, negotiate the best value in terms of quality, delivery, service, and support
• Assist in coordinate all technical aspects with the User Department
• Prepare final recommendation for procurement of goods and services
• Process Cancellation/amendments of P.O/Contracts and emergency procurement
• Act for solution of any discrepancy in supplies of goods and services
