Horizon Steel (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for good and competent resumes for our Head Office located at Clifton:
Assistant Manager Taxation and Compliance (Contractual)
JD:
- Ensure appropriate tax deduction at source on vendor payments.
- Responsible for timely submission of statutory returns in coordination with tax advisor, including;
- Income Tax, Sales Tax, Sindh Sales Tax, Withheld Income Tax and Sales Tax
- Assist senior management in company tax matters and tax planning.
- Coordinate with consultant and government authorities for tax exemption certificates.
- Gather necessary documentation from Staff for exemption certificates.
- Coordinate with Accounts Department to collect necessary documents with regard to tax deduction of vendor payments.
- Ensure all compliance matters relating to SBP, SECP, and other government departments are met.
- Drafting/Review of Contracts with Local and Foreign Suppliers/Contractors.
Experience: 2 years’ of experience in Tax Department of Audit Firms or Tax Department in Industry (preferably steel industry)
Qualification – CA Finalist / ACCA, MBA Finance
Pay Scale: Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000
