Position: Factory Manager
Location: Karachi
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short and long term plans to ensure that the factory has necessary resources to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control the factory budget to ensure all financial and business objectives are met.
- Direct and control all factory staff to ensure they are properly motivated, trained and developed and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- To execute health, safety and environment standards.
- Organize all production to ensure that output and quality targets are achieved.
- Inspecting the quality of finished products to check on machine and operator efficiency.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with code.
- Implement safety / Protection from Hazards Labels.
- Implement Fire Extinguishers in the factory.
Skills, Qualification & Experience:
BS / MSc Food Sciences with MBA Degree will be preferable.
Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills both in oral and written
