Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience: 1 – 2 Years in Data Centre / Network Operations Centre
Certifications : Hardware Diploma
Job Duties:
- Monitoring of Data Centre Infrastructure & Environment Alerts.
- Maintain Clean & Dust free environment in Data Centre & Associated Rooms.
- Physical monitoring of Servers, SAN, Data Communication & Security equipment & UPSs.
- Monitoring of Servers, Databases & Data Communication Links Health status & Logs, escalation of reported errors & failures with relevant team.
- Coordination with visiting vendor engineer for problem diagnostic/troubleshooting of equipment and replacement of parts.
- Complaint logging & coordination with Data Centre SLA vendor visiting engineer on resolving reported faults/failures of Data Centre Infrastructure equipment and Environment Alerts.
