ICI Pakistan Ltd is hiring Shared Services HR Lead for our Head Office based at Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the SSHR Team to deliver top quality employee services
• Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit
• Ensure data sanity and accuracy in SAP and SF
• Identify and streamline processes by focusing on continuous improvement
• Manage employee grievances and ensure all queries are resolved through a customer centric approach
• Ensure compliance with all policies, processes and SLAs
• Monthly reporting and status updates on all processes and SLAs
Key Competencies / Skills:
• Excellent Interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skill
• Analytical thinking, decision making, time management, capacity to work in heavy workload / pressure situations
• Ability to streamline processes and manage change
• Basic understanding of level 6 sigma
• Strong work ethics and high learning agility
• Ability to challenge the status quo
