Location: Karachi
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree / Preferred Masters’ Degree
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in operations preferably from Insurance or banking
Skills : Candidates should have excellent communications skills & MS office skills
Job Duties:
- Coordination with HBL Bank, Underwriting Department, Sales Team
- New Cases Submission & Issuance
- Maintaining PSSM (Pre-Sales & Services MIS)
- Complaints management related to pre-sales
- New Policy Documents & PDR (Policy Document Receipts) Submission
- FLP Cancellations process
- Cancellation /Claim /Persistency cheques
- Late sittings on Monthly Closings are required – Need Based
- Visit to Underwriting for cases’ /requirements’ clearance – Need Based
- Any other tasks given by Manager
