Position: Supply Chain Associate
Job Identification: Expert Technician (Power)
Mission Statement: To ensure functioning and troubleshooting of Electronic instruments at plant resulting in Target Production Achievement
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth and efficient functioning of electrical equipment installed in various section of plant
- To ensure implementation of safety guidelines for all power instruments and machines
- To maintain the GMP / 5S of his area.
- To ensure all panels and power related equipment are maintained
- To perform preventive Maintenance of power related equipment and panels and maintain records
- To troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns of electrical equipment including, LV panels, MV panels, Transformers, Low Voltage Regulators, UPS, Gensets etc.
- To design electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improved designs and manufacturing processes
- Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
Candidate Education
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate Degree
- Other Types of Education
Major for Education: Engineering/Technical
Experience in operation and maintenance within the FMCG industry
(Preferably Beverage)
Minimum: 3- 5 Years
Preferred: Can lead overall instrumentation of the plant
