Job Title: Plant Manager
Purpose: The purpose of this position is to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
Job Responsibilities: To oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed, with the objective to increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards with zero LTI.
Essential Requirements: BE Electrical with minimum 10 – 12 years of experience with 5 years of lead role.
