We are looking for a Senior Officer Logistics to join our team!
Job Description:
Prepare daily dispatch plan and share with transporters.
Ensure in time availability of outbound vehicles by coordination with transporters.
Ensure loading execution as per loading KPI’s.
Ensure In time system processing (SAP Documents) of dispatched vehicles.
Update and ensure daily reported containers and in time offloading as per pre-defined KPI’s.
Ensure monthly transport billing.
Ensure transport quarries regarding delay in offloading at distributions/Late arrival at distribution etc.
Skills:
Good Communication Verbal & Written
MS Office
Knowledge of SAP
