Plan and project manage the operational roll-out of our self-service tool solution across the globe, driving the completion of key project deliverables and following up on outstanding items.
Manage a team of content associates to review quality of content creation, and generate actionable insights to improve overall quality.
Implement necessary training and coaching programs and develop training materials to improve agents and countries; deliverables.
Design and execute content quality improvement initiatives to maximize conversion rate.
Provide support in the on-ground product scanning activities at the vendor stations.
Ensure all tasks are completed & all changes are made well within the turnaround time.
Requirements:
BBA – Fresh graduate.
Any prior experience of collaborating with different teams preferred.
Exposure to process improvements, quality tools and methods.
Experience in defining and deploying content guidelines.
Attention to details and have an artistic eye.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & writing skills.
