Execute and manage CAPEX and electrical projects end-to- end, including load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection.
Drive root cause analysis for breakdowns, implement energy- saving and cost optimization initiatives, and support HSE compliance.
Coordinate with operations teams to close SAP PM notifications and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Demonstrate strong project management capabilities for planning and executing engineering initiatives — PMP certification is a plus
