Responsibilities:
-Assist in supplier negotiations and purchase order (PO) creation
-Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for quality and reliability
-Coordinate closely with plants and internal stakeholders to fulfill procurement needs
-Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries
-Contribute to cost-reduction strategies and vendor optimization
-Prepare, track, and analyze procurement data and reports
-Maintain follow-ups with suppliers for timely invoice submissions
-Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices
-Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Skills:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
-Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a dynamic work environment
-Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
