Who are we looking for?
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business administration/ accounting/ commerce/ statistics/ Maths / finance or economics.
Minimum One years’ experience as TL or Three years’ experience as LO.4
Key Responsibilities:
Retail MIS & Analysis
Prepare Sales & Collection performance report against benchmarks.
Prepare Branch & Area wise monthly variance analysis of Disbursement & – – Collection of Agri Rural lending Loan Officers.
Assist in Agri Credit by SBP to fulfill the day to day requirement.
Update Dashboards of different products & services.
Develop reports at regular intervals for management.
Portfolio Analysis and Management
Prepare recovery and Default management reports.
Follow up with branches for sales, recovery status of assigned products.
