Master’s in Business Administration/Banking/Finance from an HEC recognized/overseas university. Certification in IBP will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of banking experience preferably relative to Governance and development of Policies & Procedures, BCP with microfinance and commercial banks.

As secretary Operations Committee and Head of Governance function, oversee and supervise all operational process definitions, revisions, re-engineering activities.
